Description
For over 20 years, I’ve walked beside women on their healing journeys. I’ve overcome a lifetime of depression, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, and trauma — and transformed that path into the wisdom I now share.
In this mentorship, we’ll meet once per week to work with ritual, seasonal cycles, and intuitive guidance as you reclaim your truth. This is not about a healer “fixing” you. It is about being held in a sacred space so that you can heal yourself.
Each session is tailored to you, rooted in my lived experience, and supported by my Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching Certificate from Harvard Medical School.
